Muncie IN Child Molester Sexually Abused Dog

qbpobBjPYVAmATn-800x450-noPadHere is another sad example of Muncie’s troubled city. A Child Molester, who if not let off with nothing but a slap on the wrist for harming innocent kids would not have been out to do this. This s a major problem with the justice system, non violent crminals fill up Indiana’s prison system while men like this walk free to harm more. My biggest question now is, where these dogs adopted from? This is just one reason that the muncie animal shelter, and others should be legally required to do full checks on potential new owners with criminal background checks, home at least two home visits & more.

Here’s the story:

A twice-convicted Muncie child molester stands accused of sexually assaulting a dog.

Andrew Allen “Uncle Andy” Shinnock, 34, was arrested Thursday afternoon on preliminary charges of bestiality and cruelty to an animal, both Level 6 felonies carrying maximum 30-month prison terms.

City police were called to Shinnock’s apartment, in the 1200 block of West First Street, about 3:15 a.m. Wednesday. Another man living there reported he had returned home to find Shinnock having sex with one of the roommate’s two dogs — a one-year-old female pit bull mix.

According to a police report, Shinnock acknowledged having sex with the animal, and also indicated it wasn’t the first time.

In a report, city police officer Jami Brown wrote that statements in which the Muncie man admitted assaulting the dog had been recorded, by the roommate on his cellphone, and later by officers’ body cameras.

Shinnock was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after suggesting he might harm himself, city police Sgt. Brent Brown said.

The dog alleged to have been assaulted and a second canine — a male pit bull-retriever mix — were placed in the care of the Muncie Animal Shelter.
